After working at the same store with the same boss for 3 years, he retired.Then we got a new Mgr.

I have been asm there for 2 years. The new boss one day brought in loss prevention. Every employee was subject to an interview with loss prevention. We had no choice.

If we didn't go we were fired. But if we went and didn't participate we were still fired. So i go to meeting and the loss prevention officer pinned me on theft with no evidence. I was told i still has a job after he said bored 346$ in theft.

I go home mad. No evidence... So i go on 2 hrs later for my shift and i got fired. No evidence nothing.

Just gone. Now i can't get unemployment and i cannot find another job.

My family is now struggling.Fk u family dollar

I'm sure you could find another job, if you really tried.Fast food places are always hiring.

If you live in right to work state, the employer doesn't have to have a reason to fire you.Life is tough, so you are just going to have to get over it.
