my name is Dustin bacon at about 7:10 PM on April 4 I went to the Family Dollar in Hilton Oklahoma and when I got ready to check out there was blue tape that I did not notice due to the COVID-19 outbreak to imply social distancing measures I read all the signs on the door before entering the store it said nothing about the blue tape and What it meantSo I walked up and was about 3 feet from the person checking out when an employee came up to me and rudely said I think she is in front of y’all and y’all need to get behind that blue line I looked and there was a lady standing behind a blue line in an isle to where I couldn’t see her so I left the store went and read the signs on the door again to make sure I didn’t miss anything walked back in address the employee and said well you didn’t have anything about the blue tape on the door so it wouldn’t hurt you if you could use a please and thank you when you’re talking to customers then I told my wife to put the stuff back I wasn’t spending my money at that store after saying that Instead of the employee apologizing for not using correct customer service etiquette she proceeded to tell us we were not allowed back in that store I called and was refused to be given a name
