I gave store #706 a bad review 2 weeks ago. I had not been back since.Thought I would try again today. Upon purchasing a carton of cigarettes I was asked for my identification. The employee was new. However the manager was standing next to him. I asked had the policy changed again since I had not been asked for an ID in some time. She stated well he's a new employee. Instead of inconveniencing me she could have okayed the transaction. It was evident she took she pleasure in this encounter. You people need to wake up. Check out your employees better. Maybe hire some secret shoppers! This is one manager that would do your patrons as well as your company and be GONE !!!!

The most disappointing in user's experience was cluess shift manager. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
