Family Dollar @ 1800 Panola Rd continues to FAIL MISERABLY!!

Purchased prepaid TracFone phone &;;;;;;;; was sold what was supposed to be a pin to add 60 minutes (paid $20 for 60 minutes) to the phone but instead was sold a $20 Verizon Data Add-On, which is invalid with the phone purchased.
I did not pick this Add-On card out myself, the store clerk had them on a ring behind the counter and advised me it was what I needed in addition to buying the phone.
Of course I &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; my husband have been to the store numerous times in the last 5 days for a refund of my $20. I no longer need the 60 minutes.
While activating the phone online, I purchased 500 minutes for $15!!
The rude Store Manager who is ALWAYS on the phone told me to call 866.377.6420 and ask for Brad.
No last name given for Brad and she refused to provide her name.
I want my $20 refunded, as they sold me the incorrect minute pin for the phone purchased and I should not have to make multiple trips, multiple calls, and submit incident reports on the family dollar website, etc etc to make this happen.
I have never experienced such disregard for customer concerns and hard earned money. Family Dollar it appears you have a band of misfits at this location and it is unacceptable!!!
