I was waiting for the manger to walk to the front about a price of item that it seem like I was being over charged for because it was priced differently in the aisle then when he wrong me up. He mean mugged and walked away not addressing the issue at all. Rudely rung up a customer and walked to the back. I dont even wanna shop at Family dollar anymore after that experience. He charged $12for this mop when they clearly got to posted for $10. When I asked about it he rudely walked away when several mops are there and the label even states it.

Ordered online, got email saying my package was there, went to pick it up, people at store told me that they dont do orders online that I mustve got scammed, I told them I mustve got scammed by family dollar. Anyways cant believe the way this store acted. Even after I told the girl working, her name was Raven, if she could call her boss, which she did, her boss even said the same thing, that they dont do online orders and I mustve got scammed. Anyways guys, I hope ya get this issue fixed. Super bummed about my experience with ordering online with u guys.

Mistreated at a Family Dollar

No stars for this place at all. I bought two big bottles of dish soap and they scanned higher then the shelf price. And the manager Emerald refused to give me the difference in the price. And got nasty to me. And kept referring to me that I shopped there before and acted the same way. I told her numerous times I was never here before. Then Felicia Another employee was there and had her two small children playing with the unpaid merchandise and was playing with the cigarettes

User's recommendation: You see a family dollar think twice before shopping here. If you do check your receipt they will overcharge you and won't give you a refund back.

Problem with returning item with receipt and smart *** assistant manager

Returning item that's never been used also still has tags in it and have my receipt and assistant manager telling me not to come back in her store again with the item

No one has returned my phone call

I have been trying to get in touch with someone pertaining to an accident that I happen in one of the stores in Memphis Tennessee. No one has returned my phone calls. I have left several messages. My phone number is 901-314-****. My name is Cassandra Hill. This has been going on since July 2022. Still no response from now on if someone could give me a call back I would appreciate it. I was not stop calling until I reach someone I did get hurt in the store.

Unmost un professional rude staff

I walked into a family dollar in Staten Island by Tompkinsville , the store is a hot mess, filthy. Inventory carts blocking the aisles, there is food expired on the shelves. The line to check out is around the last aisle of the store and 1 register open when you ask for please get help was told you need to wait. Inappropriate music being played by the employees from their phones. And when asked a question, they respond with rudeness and attitudes.

Cashier argues with customer after verification of the said item that she seen was the wrong price

After careful verification of the price cashier told me she couldn't change the price even though the item had a different price than what it actually ringing up

Discrimination

I went to the store on Veteran Memorial Boulevard in Temple Texas with my service dog. The manager came up to me and said quote hey buddy you're not allowed to have pets in the store. I told him that it was a service dog he then asked me what service she performed. By law he is not allowed to ask that question. He then said since I didn't know though the law of having a service dog that she was not a service dog even though I showed him her serves the dog card. Then he still told me I had to leave the store. That is discrimination of a person with a service dog

Simonne Grg thinks that is not discrimination to call someone with a tramtic brain injury who spent years of his life learning to speak again, under the letter of the law it sure is, I only have this injury because I fought for his right to disgrace others, and if he is a veteran he should understand but he doenst he is perfect

Wanted to return clearance items, Manager simply said NO. She excepts no returns, there is NO signs that you cannot return clearance items. She was very rude, didnt want to give me information about where to call Customer Service, said she didnt have any numbers to give me.Gave me very dirty looks.

I went to store 07232 and the manager there I believe that's what she was but she was very rude ,vulgar,also when I left customers told me she was saying unpleasant thing about me. She is a terrible worker, go back and look at the tapes, please

The family dollar on greenwood ave in Trenton nj is horrible the customer service is horrible the way management speak to customers is horrible and they dont honor there return policy this store should be shut down and re staffed cause this store is horrible
