I was given trash bags instead of a normal shopping bag. I was told the company didn't want to buy anymore bags for a while and this was a nationwide thing.
What kind of company doesn't want to provide bags for its customers? I was also told that they don't give out the corporate number to customers because they're trying to cut down on people calling them. That is ridiculous.
Family Dollar really needs to get it together because I know a lot of people that have had problems with them. They also have the worst return policy out of any store I've ever been to.
