LAST TIME I CHECKED I WAS STILL IN AMERICA WHERE ENGLISH IS THE PRIMARY LANGUAGE.

You live in Texas, what do you expect?
Last time I checked proper English is not typing all in caps.
Wow. Have you simply tried telling them that you don't understand what they said to you?
I worked with tons of people who primarily spoke Spanish, and it was difficult at times, but with patience and respect, we overcame the barriers. They were wanting to teach me their language, and I taught them some English words. Politeness and respect, as well as some tolerance would serve you well. Also, Hispanic is not the proper terminology.
It can downright offend some people. Careful what you say, and if it bothers you that much, take your shopping elsewhere.
You are ignorant. If you where of spanish decent , you wouldn't refer to yourself as hispanic.
I am Puerto Rican, which is also apart of the USA and spanish. The U.S. has two languages, English and Spanish because of Puerto Rico.
Don't like it leave. This is a melting pot of a country every nationality is welcome.
"This is a melting pot of a country, Don't like it leave"
But a country has to have a main language ***! You can't go to Italy and demand everyone speak Tagalog!
