When I went to pay for my purchases, I was asked if I wanted a receipt because the machine was out of paper. I said yes.
About 5-10 minutes later, paper was put in. However, the receipt still was not produced; machine still not working. I spent about 40 minutes in the store waiting for some resolution. The policy is that refunds without a receipt are accepted.
I asked for a refund on several of the items, which I discovered were shoddy. I was told they can't process a refund even though I had made the purchase, paid in cash and received change.
I eventually walked out with 2 of 5 purchases, leaving the 3 shoddy items behind and losing about $5-6. What a travesty of a store!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
