On 03/29/21 I was discriminated against by store manager "Jerimiah" at a Family Dollar #11760 in Staten Island, NY for my religious expressions and medical condition. I was not only removed from my hands the item I was purchasing but asked to leave the store.

One of the associates "Alex" threatened to call the police if I did not leave.

Not only do I have a 1st amendment Constitutional right of religious expression but also the right to equal access under the Public Accommodation Act of 1964. To date the corporate level of Dollar Tree(parent company) CEO Michael Witnyski and Sara Berg Rafal (legal counsel) have refused to remedy my complaint.

User's recommendation: Don't shop there if you have a religious or medical exemption.

Preferred solution: EQUAL ACCESS to ALL customers with religious and medical exemptions.

Family Dollar Pros: Convenience, Cheap prices.

Family Dollar Cons: Horrible management, Manager behavior.

Location: 40 Prospect Street, Staten Island, NY 10304

If you feel you are in the right, hire a lawyer and pay his fee.

It doesn't quite work that way. Unless a crime has been committed or is about to be in a publically accessible property then you have been trespassed by the business and then YES you are allowed to leave.

NO ONE can demand you to leave a publically accessible business unless their is a violation of the LAW. Stop watching Cop Shows and learn the LAW. No business is private unless there is membership involved and not open to the public.

Public accommodations are PRIVATE BUSINESS engaged in commerce. Thanks for your comment and God Bless....

This is how it works. When you are asked to leave a store, leave, if not they will call the police.

From this person's behavior it is obvious he is two years old. Or a grown man acting like a two year old.

They should have called his mommy to pick him up. She should be holding his hand to make sure he knows how to behave in public.

This is how it works kid. You are asked to leave a store, you leave. If you do not they call the police.
