On 03/29/21 I was discriminated against by store manager "Jerimiah" at a Family Dollar #11760 in Staten Island, NY for my religious expressions and medical condition. I was not only removed from my hands the item I was purchasing but asked to leave the store.
One of the associates "Alex" threatened to call the police if I did not leave.
Not only do I have a 1st amendment Constitutional right of religious expression but also the right to equal access under the Public Accommodation Act of 1964. To date the corporate level of Dollar Tree(parent company) CEO Michael Witnyski and Sara Berg Rafal (legal counsel) have refused to remedy my complaint.
User's recommendation: Don't shop there if you have a religious or medical exemption.
Preferred solution: EQUAL ACCESS to ALL customers with religious and medical exemptions.
Family Dollar Pros: Convenience, Cheap prices.
Family Dollar Cons: Horrible management, Manager behavior.
