Bought head phones they wouldn't charge.so i brang them back with receipt the manager let us go behind the cash counter pick a pair of diff headphones gave her receipt for a exchange then hear attitude changed and said she would not honor receipt because their was earwax on them.then said she could not sell them.i said u have insurance your not supposed to .then another manager came an basically backed her up.i was so embarrassed then they told me to leave or he would call the cops....please help
