Can’t seem to find the number for customer service for Family Dollar

This store Is walking distance from my home . Employees will argue or make you feel as if you dont know how to read a price take about products on shelf . They are ripping low income families off !

Associate approached counter asking where the spray i had was. I told her I left it in the back where I had been speaking with her prior to going to the register to pay. She said I think it's in your

I then opened my purse and said your more then welcome to look. At this point she told the cashier to not ring me up and for me to leave.

I then told her to look and she said no go. Rather then look and prove herself wrong she said for me to leave. I was unable to purchase my product.

I asked for her name which she refused to give. Terrible customer care.

I went in to purchase All Detergent to wash my clothes to start the New Year. The price advertised was 8.70 for the 88 fl oz clear no perfume size.

I selected the the 58fl oz as it would be plenty for me. When I was being rung up it came up to 9.90 with tax I asked the cashier if I could get the larger detergent since it was cheaper. She replied its not. I went to and retrieved the 88fl oz detergent and took a picture of the price advertised.

Once back at the register, she asked one of the other ladies(there were 2 other ladies behind the counters) for the price scanner. She scanned it and said its 12 dollars. I did not see it but I showed her the picture of the advertised price on the shelf that matches the product exactly. Even after I presented this the cashier would not honor the price advertised.

I politely told her have a nice day and proceeded away from the register so other customers could make their purchase. The customer service is non existent.

This location was *** down several times, and during these times I lived less than a mile away. I would only go when one of 2 quality associates were at work.

I was never able to contact anyone as of yet and no one has contacted me. Clearly they don't care about their customers, which I will no longer be. This company is a disgrace. I will take it upon myself to go back to the store and record the insane behavior of the employees that I witnessed the first time. They were quite literally changing clothes and disguising themselves just to follow me around. And before you think that it must have been me acting suspicious, it started happen the SECOND I entered the store. They followed me around no more than a few feet away the entire time. And no, I am not a shoplifter and had never been to that store before. I'm just a normal person that stopped by for some bleach. Not only that but I asked the company for a receipt because I believe I was overcharged. I picked up only a few items and the charge on my card was strangely high for the items I picked out. The receipt was missing from the bag. Of course no one got back to me and they are impossible to reach.

HORRIBLE. No help at all from managers, they cannot answer any questions, they no nothing about your coupon policy if there’s a problem and refuse to call anyone to help.
The glad trash bags have spend $20 save $5 I tried 3 stores and it did not work.
