The manager, Maria,at the Virginia Street location in downtown Buffalo is awful and should be fired. Very unsanitary, unprofessional, rude, and incompetent.
Even with the deadly virus she would not wear gloves, scratched her face with her bare hands several times, did not handle the merchandise safely or in a sanitary way at the cashiering station, and was rude/nasty. I returned one item she totally mishandled from a sanitary standpoint and she tried to charge me for it anyway at checkout, cheating the customer.I caught her and would not let her get away with it. Bad attitude and does not understand that her job is to satisfy the customers and that she works for the corporation, not herself. A disgusting individual who should not even be bagging merchandise.
The company should fire her immediately and then she can scratch herself all she wants.
I give my experience there an F for Failure. Avoid this store.
