I got a write up because another employee did not turn in cigarette count then was called to the for termination because another employee was almost $17 dollars short Manger also told me I was leaving things outside all night I never ever did I know better the Manger told me that if she wrote the girl up for not turning in cigarette count she would have to fire her so she wrote me up for it instead because the girl already had 2 write ups and was also wrote up for being $25 short in her drawer I was hardly ever short normally always over because people said keep the change so I just always left in it in my drawer I also feel she was racist against me and also racist against my disability is her main reason for termination my name is

User's recommendation: I went to the store on Brentwood stair today in Fort Worth and was denied a refund because I didn’t have my receipt. I tried to show the lady that the transaction had cleared my bank just two days ago and she wasn’t having it. For her to be standing up there with the shower curtain bag on her head Braleass and will not give me a $17 refund for a shower curtain rod I felt a little out of place but I just left the store and knew I would take matters into my own head

Preferred solution: GET THE DAMN AC WORKING AND DONT OPEM THE STORE UNTIL THEN!

On february 7th i went to the location in holtville ca, to buy dog food and a pack of cigarrets, the store manager rang me and i was missing .50 in my car to pay for the transaction so i ask her to wait for me i will bring the .50 cents from my car. I also ask her that please dont ring the next client because is not the first time in this location that i dont get my money back until weeks later.(mistake 1)
So i came back and she was ringing another client, i ask her to leave the .50 cents on the counter and she told me that i need to wait to ring me back again(mistake 2) he try to ring me again and my card was declined because she did charge the 28.05 and aborted the transaction for .50(she thought she did it for the whole transaction) even when i show herte opposite, her attitude was very unprofessional and poor and lack of empathy she call help desk and they rold her that money was honna back to my card in 24hrs what she didnt explain them was the she aborted the .50 transaction not tbe 28.05 is feb 10th and my return is not in my card.
I walked out of the location with out the products this is unnaceptable comig from a store manager.
Im also a GM and i do anything from my clients. IT WAS .50 cents

Our store is the worst in Phillipsburg Kansas! Boxes in the isles, back room is busting open. Three employees were behind registers talking , eating and on phones. Smoking at front door every few min.

Im a previous worker i started working for family dollar january im at store 7653 in chicago IL 5401 s wentworth i had to quit that work environment managers all unprofessional the safe and deposit is always short someone is stealing ! the store is always messy i have pictures the managers are disrespectful the scheduling is always off the manager a schedule me then call me on my off day tell me i wont have to work this day or that day to benefit my coworkers i think cooperated needs to be involve things have been going on way before i started working there if the safe count is short the store manager ill go into his own pockets and replace it ! i couldve believe that he does that the store has expired products selling it to customers the shelves are never stocked nothing is recover half the team from that store quit
