I obtained employment with
Family Dollar under
false pretenses and told at the
begining to ignore the assistant manager(Penny, the one who runs off all the employees and customers). In other words the manager deals with her constantly lying about other employees,stealing from the store, and yelling constantly at him.In other words,she makes it very unpleasant to work there(that's why everyone leaves or gets fired after working there a
short time). Well,I attempted to do my job, but was told constantly by her that i was doing it wrong(she could'nt tell me how,but somehow it was wrong). I worked hard trying to please customers,help them find things,stock shelves,and run the register all at the same time. Did I get credit?"No", once again i was told and she (Penny)told the manager that i was doing it all wrong.I wanted to find out what her problem was and talked to a bunch of people at Wal-mart,only to find out she has been stealing and changing price tags at our local Wal-mart.The store is dead when she works because she is rude to all the customers and acts like everyone is stealing.She also thinks that she is the only one who knows how to run the store. I hope a district manager in our area reads this and looks into the matter,because I believe with all my heart that she is ripping off the store big-time! The manager is aware of her behavior,but won't get rid of her! I know the district manager's name is George,so anyone in connection with him PLEASE look into this!
